Four Ways to hande Fear

Fear by definition is an unpleasant emotion caused by the threat of danger, pain, or harm. We all face it at every point in our lives. Here are the four ways to handle such

1.Be well assured that God is involved. 
We may not see the need for God in the moment of comfort but we need to understand surely that  He is involved in our problems. This help us  to face the situations with courage and boldness.

2. Be calm enough to ask yourself what really the fear is.
In the actual sense of it our fear only exist in our imaginations, they are not real. They are  just False Evidence Appearing  Real.

3. Be bold to confront your fear.
 Taking a bold and giant step in confronting our fear make our fear fear us. Do not be afraid. 

4. Ask God for inner strength.
 In everything you do, never sideline Him. you need a strength that is not of yours. Ask God, He will Give you.
